- Returns are only available for customers who placed their order directly on enkistove.com
- Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order has been delivered. Open or damaged items may not be eligible for returns.
- The product must not have been used and the related packaging, manuals and accessories must be intact and sent back with the item. Should the product have been used, or should any of the above-mentioned items be missing, the return application will be rejected.
- Contact us via e-mail at email@example.com and include the order number, the item you would like to return and the reason why you would like to return it. Enki Stove will send you the address to which the product will have to be returned.
- Use a traceable method to send your product. The return application will be processed and you will receive a refund within 72 hours of the package’s receipt.
